We have negotiated specially discounted rates at the Jurys Inn in central Glasgow, which is very close to Central Station (see the travel page for directions). The hotel has enough twin (and some triple) rooms to accommodate everyone who would like to share to keep costs down. This is the hotel where we anticipate that most delegates will stay. They have promised to keep the bar open for as long as required and free wifi will be provided for Popgroup attendees. Room rates below are the total per person for three nights, from Monday Dec. 18 through Friday Dec. 21. If you would like to stay for longer, the same room rates per night will apply (i.e. divide by three to obtain the rate per night).

Twin accommodation: £112.50
Single accommodation: £210

Accommodation booking will be separate from registration, and delegates will need to pay the hotels directly. Follow the link below to book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations at Jury’s Inn.

Rooms will be released for outside bookings a month before the conference (18th November), so make sure that you have booked your accommodation by this time to be assured a room. This link will also give you access to a Eurohostel booking form (single rooms are relatively cheaper here but it is right across the road from the Jurys).
