Registration and payment is through the University of Glasgow Conference and Visitor Services Office (accommodation is booked separately, please see the Accommodation page). Payment options are by credit card or cheque. Please note that CVSO do not raise ‘invoices’ for delegate registration fees. Instead, all delegates receive a registration summary which should be used to raise payment if required.  For questions related to payment, please contact the Registration team.  If you have paid by debit or credit card, you should receive an email confirmation only if you have paid.  If you are paying by cheque or from your University, you should receive an email with the invoice.  Please reply to that email if you have queries.  If you didn’t receive an email confirmation, please contact (PopGroup46 Registration Team <sarah.livingstone@glasgow.ac.uk>).

Deadlines
Early bird registration closes on the 19th November (EXTENDED TO 22nd NOVEMBER)
Registration will close on the 3rd December (EXTENDED TO 6TH DECEMBER)

Please note that conference services have a strict cancellation policy; cancellations notified on or before the early registration deadline (i.e. one month before the conference) will be subject to a £20 cancellation fee. No refund will be issued to registered participants who cancel after this time.

Prices

The full cost of registration will be £185 (by November 19) and £210 (between November 20 and December 3), with a £10 discount for Genetics Society members and students.
